In the second bin the neon skeletons can be divided out into matching color squares to help teach colors

Dyed blue rice or Fish tank gravel with black and purple with a little bit of dyed green rice in it
Plastic rings that are bats
Scoops and shovels and cups that coordinate with the colors in the bin.
